Pilates with props classes are 1 1/2 hour long consisting of 1/2 hour warm-up 1 hour of Pilates work. We use various small apparatus to enhance the work-out.
Enrollment is limited to 12 students to provide personal attention.
Drop-ins must call first.

Pilates with props Fees
: $25.00 per class or $220.00 for 10 sessions.
10 sessions must be takin within 3 months. If taken 2-3 classes per week, 10 sessions Pilates mat class will be $200.00 and must be taken with in 2 months.

AIS & S:
Enrollment is limited to 15 students. Drop-ins are welcome.
Fees: $20.00 per class or $180.00 for 10 sessions.
For Seniors: $18.00  Per Class - $160.00 for  10 Sessions*

Taijiquan
(Tai Chi) - Qigiong: Adjustable fee available - please speak to Ching.

Cardio & Core on the Mini-Trampoline

January 1st - April 16th 2013 and Octtober 27rd - December 17th 2013
No offerings in May - Oct
