• Arrive 5 – 10 minutes early
• Shoes off before entering practice area
• Wear clothing that allows easy movement
• Do not wear jewelry or a watch
• Bring a mat* for all classes
• Light meal 1 hour, or light snack 1/2 hour before class
• Bring water & a large towel (to use as a support)

*Pilates mats are 1/2 inch thick or more. Look for a mat that says for Pilates.
