Two ways to study with Heights of Wellness
- 4 Sessions of 1&1/2-hour Intro classes. Before joining our weekly Pilates, Qigong, and Taiji Chuan classes.
- One-to-One Private Sessions can be schedule by phone or email.
- 2-3 Day Workshop. Workshops will be supported with our Book, DVDs, and continued home practice.
