My name is Zoe.
I have been in chronic pain for the last three years. Chronic or acute pain ages the body and can make cells appear 17-20 years older than they rally are. I read this recently and decided to put myself in the capable hands of Stefan. Stefan understands chronic pain . A Knowledge of different massage techniques, intuition , observation and analytical skills are what make him a competent and terrific massage therapist.
Personally I have found that a combination of Stefan's weekly Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) classes or private stretch sessions combined with myofascial release massage technique, over time has reduced my pain and strengthened my body. A mix of body work and active Isolated stretching from Heights of Wellness have now become key factors in my pain and stress management. I have become stronger and more flexible with Stefan's' help.
