Two Levels
Description – Learn Qigong as meditation through movement. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we each view our body as a small universe, and nature (heaven and earth) as the grand universe. We can’t control the weather or the nature of the earth; our job is taking care of the small universe (our bodies and lives) and showing gratitude toward the grand universe. Once you have the knowledge and understand how to heal and love your one body and one life, you can become the master of your life and extend that love to people around you. Practicing Qigong will integrate all that theory and develop it into intuition, and you will discover depth of meaning in every movement, the philosophy of meaningful movement.
