Description – With the fundamentals now in place, as well as proper engagement of the muscles, our approach to teaching Pilates becomes purposefully simple and enjoyable to practice. Let’s combine our minds, bodies, and breath to achieve the goals of Joseph Pilates’ original mission of “Contrology” an approach –  that can develop your newfound coordination.

Workshop Dates:
June 11th, 12th, & 13th, 2021
October 15th, 16, & 17th, 2021
April 15th, 16th, & 17th, 2022
August 12th, 13th, & 14th, 2022

Fee: $450
Early bird: $400 (a month before workshop date)

Day 1:

Morning 9 – 12 noon

Sitting warm-ups and standing scapula, spine warm-ups
Floor warm-ups with ankle, feet, and hamstrings
Learn Part 1

Afternoon 1:30 – 4:30 p.m.
Review Purposeful Pilates movement part 1
Learn part II

Day 2:
Morning 9 – 12 noon
Warm-ups
Review part 1 & II of the Purposeful Pilates
Strengthening with thera band
