Description: Our bodies have 650 skeletal muscles, as well as 206 bones and more than 300 joints; so, a single type of movement is not a balanced approach when it comes to exercise. You will learn the relationship of muscles and joints, different qualities of movement, the importance of recruiting the right muscle, and how breath can enhance movements, exercises and your favorite sports.
HOW's Purposeful Movements program was developed by infusing Yin Yang Philosophy and Western Physiology. You’ll develop crucial techniques by discovering the core – the "First Responder", 2 Arrows, and 2 V’s in this fundamental program.
