The studio is located in a renovated factory building in Hartford connecticut, and has been designed to take advantage of the natural features of the building, hardwood floors, open areas and large windows that provide natural light. The space is 2400 square feet and includes a large open space for movement, a separate Pilates apparatus area, and a private massage room. Located in the West end of Hartford Connecticut makes the studio easily accessible from anywhere in the Greater Hartford area. Ample well-lit parking is provided directly next to the building.

sTake exit 46 off 84 East or West. Left off of the ramp onto Sisson Ave. At second light turn left onto Park St. No. 1477 is the corner of Park and Bartholomew Ave on the right. Parking lot is on Bartholomew Ave. Enter the door facing the parking lit. Studio is on the 3rd floor.
